Service was great, the scenery is always nice lol

Just moved from Jersey. Only had Hooters once in VA. Wings where delicious we had all of them. Our waitress was amazing Lisa. Atmosphere was great. Will be back

Always a great time and place to be for sports entertainment. Food and Drinks are always very good. Great service by lovely young girls who care about your time in their care.

Excellent place for hot wings. Burgers not that bad. Drinks are expensive

We had not been here in a while so we decided to go. We waited inside to place a to go order. No waiter came out for almost 20 minutes and they knew we were there. Several other customers came in and saw the waiting line grewing so they left. After being told we could not wait at the bar and had to sit somewheres else until our order came we decided to leave.

The Hooters I liked to go to has decent wings beautiful girls and most importantly smiles and small talk from your servers. Let's be honest it's the environment that makes you come back not the food. The highlight at this Hooters was the wings that tells you all you need to know.No smiles and small talk from the staff. Felt like I was at a wake. I'll stick to the other Hooters in town.

Need better cooling AC inside when the temp is in the mid to high 90s outside...it's hard to enjoy the cold beer, good food and nice looking Hooter girls when it's so hot you feel like you're in a sauna.

Had to find someone and ask to be seated, it probably took an hour to get a 6 piece and a kids wing. Small luke warm wings, most of my ranch was on the plate. Just awful.

Haven't been here in years (or any Hooters for that matter) and while the renovation is fantastic, the service was very slow. Especially, considering it wasn't very busy at all for a Thursday night NFL game. Food was good.

Extremely rude and rushing sit down guests because they were doing too many to go orders. So, they were shutting down inside orders to take care of to go orders. My opinion, unprofessionalAlso, by the time we got our food, it was cold

I was in the area and stopped by. I haven't been to Hooters in a long time. I was disappointed I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I saw a whole episode of Claws and half of another episode. Episodes are 42 minutes.I saw people seated after me who got their food first. I will not be back. Food was ok. Hooter please provide a way to contact you.

Very disappointed with their wings from this location. We ordered 10 wings from Hooters thinking premium good size wings for $14. These were comical... You can get larger wings, better price from Winn-Dixie...

Service is great, great appetizer special before 6pm, abundant mixed drink options which are all very delicious & of course tastey wings available at a good price. Overall great food, drinks & atmosphere.

Love this place.I love to sit and eat and drink outside at the summer time.They have a beautiful view from patio.Wish they have more high tables outside.All the girls that work there are very nice.I love that you can smoke on the patio!Food is good but I’m there for the atmosphere more.Bring your good friends and enjoy the life.Not just food!As long as this place remains open I will be happy customer!

Loved the wings! Waited a little bit longer than I thought, the Philly cheese steak wasn't awesome. Still was a good place to eat wings.

Total lack of customer service. Servers not wearing PPE correctly, only one cook was wearing a mask. They have signs posted saying face mask must be worn "it's the law". Must only apply to customers? I've eaten at several Hooters but will never eat at this one again.

Four of arrived for lunch. We were all aged between 66 and 80. We ordered a pitcher of beer and the waitress refused to serve us until we all showed her our ID. After complaining about it we all showed her our ID's. The waitress never looked at them just wanted us to produce them. Not exactly good customer service. We all ordered wings and they were awful. They were very small and very tough. I remember when Hooters wings were good, that time has passed. Have been to many different wing restaurants in Jacksonville and all are hands down better than Hooters.

I started calling to place a 2 go order at 745pm. After 6 calls with no answer and arriving to this place at 815 I called once I was inside and no one made a move to answer the phone. I then had to wait another 10 mins for a waiter to tell me I needed to go to the bar to place my order. Long story short it is now 830 and I just placed the order that I started calling in for at 745 for pickup

Manager went out of her way to take care of her guest. We had a small issue with our bill after moving from the bar to the outside area and she took care of it no questions asked. I wanted to take her home with me- we all liked to be serviced well ( I mean we all like good service ) lol 😁😂

Wow...just Wow! My husband and I recently purchased a home within a minute or two of this Hooters location and have now come in multiple times, for lunch, dinner and a football game or two. So far, every single interaction with the servers has been awesome. I would love to state them by name but I don't want to leave anyone out. Literally, every single time, they have been great. So friendly and kind. Then there is Dwight. One of the managers. He is simply amazing. As a business owner - sometimes, I just sit back and watch and he is doing a great job. He is present. Which is very important. He checks on tables often just to be sure everyone is happy. I highly recommend this Hooters location, if for no other reason but the fantastic staff.

Me and my mom went in tonight for a couple of drinks. We sat outside on the patio. 4 different waitresses walk by without a word of service. My mom finally got up and went to the bar and ordered our drinks. There was an waitress that was just awesome!! But everyone else sucked. Sorry no tip.

Food was great.

Slow day slow service food was meh. Maybe I will try again in another year.

Food was good, but the service was terrible. We waited almost 20 minutes before someone came to take drink orders. My husband had to go and get someone from the hostess stand. I'm guessing it was because we were a family of four and not a bunch of dudes? Disappointed.

Just a mess. Even after ordering online I waited 45 mins after I got there to pick up food. Food was ok.

We order online an hour before showing and still had to wait 30 minutes. Asked for crispy fries and got soggy fries. Asked for medium buffalo wings and they had zero spice and small portion for $10. Chicken quesadilla and burger sliders were great. Friendly service.

Dropped in on the way to Orlando to watch an after Christmas bowl game. Very low key. Manager would not play the bowl game over the speakers and the music was very low. Almost like they were closed or didn't want to be there. Fries not seasoned. Can't recommend. Manager cussing in the kitchen.

Mask required...had to wait a bit to get seated...real nice server...food was good and hot...left out the restaurant not disappointed.. Will return soon☺

Feel bad for the waitresses when the cooks in the back take 1.5 hrs for 10 wings, and literally only 5 tables sat, maybe 12 patrons in the restaurant. Need to get it together in the back!!

Our experience wasn't overwhelming at all. Kitchen looked filthy and unsanitary. The kitchen staff's pants were inappropriately low, revieleing more than you would want to see. Our food arrived at three different times and it took over an hour to be prepared. The bathroom was nasty. When I asked who the manager was to one one of the servers she said "I'm the manager, no I'm just kidding."

The Daytona flavored wings were really tasty! When my tots came out they were so over fried that they would just crumble. The manager took care of it though and I had a new order in less than a minute. Our waitress was friendly and attentive as well.

First they forgot to put barbeque sauce on my burger, so I called them to let them know and the person on the phone told me to bring the burger back and they would put sauce on it 😳😳😳 I spoke with the GM and she was extremely nice and assured me that I could come get another meal. She honored her word but now my sandwich is TOO salty and it makes me feel as if this was done purposely. There is no way this sandwich should be this salty. I eat from here all the time and the food is usually nothing short of amazing but I don't know what is going on now

Service was great. They were short staffed but the girl that waited on us was awesome. Can't remember her name but I know she is from Texas and we talked about Oklahoma lol.

As always, the smoked wings and buffalo shrimp were spot on. Staff is doing a great job of adhering to the Covid social distancing, masks, etc. Plenty of room outside to sit and enjoy the boats.

Service was good, food was good, server was super sweet, but with them only operating at half capacity you would think the food shouldn't take over an hour to come out...

Been going here since the 80s. Great place to have beers with customers and enjoy the view. Lot's going on on the creek. I don't go for the food or beer so much any more but I park here for long runs. I guess I need to drop in for a beer and some wings soon.

Not the Hooters I grew up with and that's a good thing. New menu and the renovation help it compete

Great place... saw a duck there and name it Steve
